摘要
轮南油田主力油藏轮2TI原始地层压力52 MPa,原始温度120℃,目前综合含水91%,已进入特高含水开发阶段。垂向非均质性强,为缓解层间吸水差异,保持油层压力,提高注水波及系数,轮2TI油藏采用分层注水工艺。分层指示曲线的准确性是分注合格率的重要保障。结合现场注水压力波动现象,文章首次提出优化测试停点时间,优选井底压力稳定测点,同时首次采用井底压力折算井口压力方法计算注水指示曲线,有效的降低了压力波动引起的计算误差,确保了分层注入量的准确性。轮南油田应用25井次,塔里木油田应用50井次,该方法有效指导了分层注水投捞调配,现场应用取得良好效果。
The main reservoir at Lunnan oilfield,LUN2 TI reservoir,has entered high water cut stage. The initial formation pressure of LUN2 TI reservoir is 52 MPa,the initial temperature is 120℃,and the water cut 91%. LUN2 TI reservoir is featured with strong vertical heterogeneity. In order to reduce the water absorption difference between layers,keep the reservoir pressure,and improve the sweep coefficient of water flooding,separate-layer water flooding is adopted. An accurate indicator curve is a guarantee for a high-quality separate-layer water flooding.Considering the fluctuations in water flooding pressure,selection of optimum testing time and optimum BHP-stable testing points,BHP converted to wellhead pressure to plot water flooding indicator curve,are proposed in this paper to effectively reduce the calculation error caused by the pressure fluctuation,and ensure the accuracy of the layered injection volume. The new method has been applied 25 times in LUNNAN oilfield and 50 times in TARIM oilfield,has effectively guided the water flooding arrangement,with good effects.
