摘要
飞机燃油系统作为飞机重要的系统之一,其安全性至关重要。存在与发动机有关的非包容转子爆破的潜在灾难性失效模式,必须在飞机设计阶段尽早地对其进行解决。基于功能危害树分析方法,通过研究适航管理文件,得出行之有效的风险分析流程。对某型商用飞机进行了非包容转子爆破风险算例分析,确定受影响的系统及对应的失效影响等级,给出可接受的保护措施。结果表明本风险分析流程符合适航规章要求,为其他型号飞机的相关设计工作提供借鉴。
Aircraft fuel system is one of the most important systems of aircraft, and its safety is critical. However, there is a potentially catastrophic failure model that must be disposed of at the aircraft conceptual design stage as early as possible, This failure mode is the engine-related "non-inclusive rotor blasting". Based on functional hazard tree analysis method, the study of relevant airworthiness regulations and advisory circulars and other documents were carried out, The effective risk analysis process was obtained. Through the concrete example, it can be proved that the result is consistent with the requirements of the airworthiness regulations and the protective measures that can be taken after the non-inclusive failure of the engine rotor debris, In order to meet the airworthiness standard, an example was given to analyze the risk of non-inclusion rotor blasting for a commercial aircraft, and the failure level of the affected system and system were determined. The conclusion was given, which is related to other models design work to provide reference.
