摘要 为了研究纳米硫对SBS改性沥青性能的影响,分别使用星型和线型SBS改性剂,在不同的纳米硫掺量下制备改性沥青,分析纳米硫掺量对SBS复合改性沥青基本技术性能、粘温特性及流变性质的影响。结果表明:掺入纳米硫后,SBS改性沥青的高温性能提升明显,当纳米硫掺量为0.1%时,线型SBS改性沥青软化点可提高13.1%,星型SBS改性沥青软化点可提高23.4%;纳米硫SBS复合改性沥青的拌和温度和压实温度较普通SBS改性沥青提高5℃~10℃。 In order to study the effect of sulfur nanoparticles on the performance of SBS modified asphalt, branched and linear SBS modifiers were used to prepare the asphalt with different contents of sulfur nanoparticles. The effects of sulfur nanoparticles content on the fundamental technical properties, viscosity-temperature characteristics and rheological properties of SBS modified asphalt were analyzed. The results show that the high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt is improved significantly after the incorporation of sulfur nanoparticles. With the sulfur nanoparticles content of 0.1%, the softening point of the linear SBS modified asphalt can be increased by 13.1%, and that of branched SBS modified asphalt can be increased by 23.4%. Asphalt modified with sulfur nanoparticles and SBS improves the mixing and compaction temperature by 5℃-10℃ comparing to SBS modified asphalt.
