摘要
目的研究探讨社区居民对急救技能培训模式的需求状况,以分析及寻找在社区居民群体中开展急救技能培训的最佳模式。方法在本地区采用多阶段分层整体抽样的方法选取4591名18~60岁已经接受过急救技能培训的社区居民作为研究对象,采取现场问卷调查的方式对上述研究对象所需求的急救技能培训模式进行研究调查;通过统计学软件进行相关数据分析,分析社区居民对急救技能培训模式的需求状况。结果 4591名社区居民中选择试卷讲评及操作示范模式的占3.16%(145/4591),选择讲义授课及操作示范模式的占8.39%(385/4591),选择多媒体授课及操作示范模式的占35.46%(1628/4591),选择场景模拟及互动练习模式的占52.99%(2433/4591)。相互比较不同人群群体对上述4种培训模式的需求认可程度,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对社区居民开展急救技能培训工作中,应采用场景模拟及互动练习的培训模式,同时适当结合多媒体授课及操作示范方式,这样才能使社区居民更加有效的学习到相关急救技能知识。
Objective To investigate the community members＇ demands on the first-aid skill training modes and find out the most appropriate training skill training modes. Methods Through the multistage stratified cluster sampling methods in the region, 4591 community members （aged 18-60） of who received the first aid skill training were selected as the research object. Through the questionnaire survey, the first aid skill training modes were investigated required by the above research subjects. The statistical software was used to analyze the community members＇ demands on the first-aid skill training modes. Results In 4591 community residents, the residents who selected mode of the demonstration papers and operation demonstration accounted for 3.16% （145/4591）, selected mode of lecture notes and operation demonstration accounted for 8.39% （385/4591）, and selected mode of multimedia teaching and operation demonstration accounted for 35.46% （1628/4591）, selected the mode of scene simulation and interactive practice accounted for 52.99% （2433/4591）, respectively. The different community members＇ recognition degree on the above four training modes was significantly different （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the training of first aid skills for community residents, we should adopt the training mode of scene simulation and interactive training, and properly combine multimedia instruction and operation demonstration mode, so that community residents can learn more effective knowledge of first aid skills.
