摘要
目的研究分析严重尿道狭窄患者的围手术期护理临床效果。方法本实验共选取我院2009年1月~2017年2月62例严重尿道狭窄患者,按照随机数字表法将其分成研究组和对照组,每组患者均31例。将常规护理和围手术期护理分别应用于对照组和研究组患者临床治疗中。结果相比于对照组,研究组患者护理总有效率和护理满意度指标数据均更高、同时研究组患者手术相关指标均更低(P<0.05),研究组患者临床护理效果更好。结论严重尿道狭窄患者在临床治疗过程中接受围手术期护理效果更好,能够有效缩短患者手术及住院时间等,同时控制手术出血量,保证临床治疗的安全性,同时还能够提高患者护理总有效率和满意度,对于患者身体恢复具有重要意义。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of perioperative nursing of patients with severe urethral stricture. Methods 62 patients with severe urethral stricture in hospital from January 2009 to February 2017 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,31 cases in each group.The conventional nursing and perioperative nursing were applied to the clinical treatment of the control group and the study group respectively. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group were significantly increased,and the operation related indicators were significantly decreased（P 〈 0.05）.The clinical nursing effect of the patients in the study group was better. Conclusion For patients with severe urethral stricture,perioperative nursing has better effect,can effectively shorten the operation time and hospitalization time of patients,control the amount of hemorrhage, and ensure the safety of clinical treatment,but also can improve the total efficiency of patient care and satisfaction.It＇s important for the patient to recover.
