摘要
随着信息技术、网络技术的飞速发展,高校图书馆已快速进入数字化、信息化、云服务时代,传统服务方式越来越不能适应当前信息服务的要求。研究新形式下高校图书馆的功能定位,制定科学的服务战略,是高校图书馆发展的必然要求。本文结合最新《普通高等学校图书馆规程》,提出高校图书馆应积极打造高校的文献信息资源中心、知识服务中心、自主学习中心、校园文化中心和知识创新服务平台,并就实施途径和具体措施进行了探讨。
With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, university libraries entered the era of digitization, information and cloud service. Traditional service mode could not meet the requirements of the current information services. It is the necessary to study the function orientation of university library under the new situation and to make the scientific service strategies. Based on the new Common University Library Regulations, the paper put forward that university library should actively create literature information resource center, knowledge service center, self-learning center, campus culture center, and knowledge innovation service platform. Realization approaches and specific measures were also discussed in the paper.
