摘要
目的加强对气管孤立性混合型乳头状瘤临床特点的认识及观察经电子支气管镜套摘除气管混合型乳头状瘤的临床疗效。方法对1例中年男性气管乳头状瘤患者,经电子支气管镜下套扎切除,并复习文献。结果气管乳头状瘤罕见,混合型乳头状瘤更为稀少,临床表现为反复咳嗽。经电子支气管镜圈套摘除后,患者咳嗽消失。治疗中无并发症。结论成人气管混合型乳头状腺瘤罕见,早期容易误诊,行电子支气管镜检查可明确诊断;经电子支气管镜高频圈套器套扎切除疗效显著。
Objective To strengthen the understanding of the clinical characteristics of solitary mixed papilloma of trachea and observe the clinical efficacy of electronic bronchoscope in the removal of mixed papilloma of trachea. Methods l case of middle-aged male patients with tracheal papilloma was treated with electronic bronchoscope ligation and review of the literature. Results Tracheal papilloma was rare, mixed papilloma was more rare, clinical manifestations of recurrent cough. After removal of the snare by electronic bronchoscope, the patient＇s cough disappeared. There was no complication in the treatment. Conclusion Adult mixed papillary adenoma of the trachea is rare. It is easy to be misdiagnosed in the early stage. Electronic bronchoscopy can be used to diagnose the disease; The effect of high frequency snare ligation by electronic bronchoscope is remarkable.
