摘要
目的探讨高频B超在乳腺疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法依不同诊断方式将2016年1月~2017年1月于我院诊治的乳腺疾病患者40例分为两组:对照组采用常规超声,观察组采用高频B超;详细记录两组患者各项研究数据,并将所获相关数据作对比分析。结果观察组诊断乳腺疾病的符合率高于对照组,且观察组患者血流分级符合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺疾病患者以高频B超诊断符合率高,可有效降低漏诊率,具有极佳的诊断价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application of high frequency B uhrasonography in the diagnosis of breast diseases. Methods 40 patients with breast diseases who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2016 were divided into groups according to different diagnostic methods： the control group was given conventional ultrasound, and the observation group was given high frequency B ultrasound; each research data was recorded in detail in both groups, and the obtained relevant data were given comparative analysis. Results The coincidence rate of diagnosis of breast disease in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the coincidence rate of blood flow grading in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. Conclusion The coincidence rate of high frequency B ultrasonography in the patients with breast disease is high, which can effectively reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and has excellent diagnostic value.
