从甲状腺疾病远程诊治看视频通讯软件在医疗援疆工作中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过惠州市中心人民医院与新疆生产建设兵团第三师伽师总场医院使用微信进行甲状腺疾病远程诊治,探索基于微信的远程医疗,从而发现提高兵团医院医疗水平的廉价新模式。方法分析2015年11月~2016年5月两家对口援建单位进行甲状腺疾病的远程会诊、医学资料的远程传输、远程医学教育的经验体会。结果 (1)两家对口援建单位建立基于微信的廉价远程医疗中心;(2)为伽师总场地区居民进行甲状腺疾病筛查,收集当地甲状腺疾病的流行病学资料,进行甲状腺疾病诊治,促进当地居民健康。(3)统计具体数据发现,门诊总次数从20例次/d提升至50例次/d,查房总次数从3次/d提升至5次/d,甲状腺疾病的筛查例数从50例提升至400例,甲状腺疾病确诊例数从5例提升至20例,教学时长总计值从10时长提升至20时长,带教的学生总数从2名提升至10名,全院性的讲座次数从2~5次/年提升至10~15次/年,参加门诊次数从10次提升到50次,下乡次数从1次/月提升至3~5次/月。结论利用微信进行甲状腺疾病远程防治,有效地提升了基层医院甲状腺疾病的诊治能力,为探索兵团地区甲状腺疾病诊治的长效机制开辟新路径,为落后地区进行其他疾病的防治提供廉价模式。 Objective To explore the Wechat-based telemedicine through the use of Wechat for the distant diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases in Huizhou Central People's Hospital and Jiashi Zongchang Hospital of the Third Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, so as to find a new cost-effective model to improve the medical level of hospitals in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Methods From November 2015 to May 2016, experiences of distant consultation of thyroid diseases, distant transmission of medical data and telemedicine education in the two assistance counterparts were analyzed. Results (1)The two assistance counterparts established a low-cost telemedicine center based on Wechat;(2)Screening of thyroid diseases was carried out for the residents in the area of Jiashi Zongchang, and the epidemiological data of local thyroid diseases were collected. Diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases were performed, and the health of local residents was promoted.(3)Based on the statistical analysis of specific data, it was found that the total number of outpatients were increased from 20 cases/day to 50 cases/day, the total number of ward rounds was increased from 3 times/day to 5 times/day, the number of patients undergoing thyroid disease screening was increased from 50 cases to 400 cases, the number of patients with confirmed diagnosis of thyroid diseases was increased from 5 to 20 cases, the total duration of teaching hours was increased from 10 to 20 hours, the total number of students was increased from 2 to 10 people, the number of lectures in the hospital level was increased from 2- 5 times/year to 10-15 times/year, the number of outpatients service was increased from 10 times to 50 times, and the number of assistance for the countryside was increased from one per month to 3-5 times per month. Conclusion The use of Wechat for distant treatment and control of thyroid diseases can effectively enhance the diagnosis and treatment capacity of thyroid diseases in primary hospitals
