摘要
目的探究与分析中医正骨联合消痛散药袋治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取我院自2014年6月-2016年6月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者90例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,对照组给予中医正骨治疗,每隔2 d治疗1次,连续治疗10 d。观察组在对照组基础上加用消痛散药袋治疗,用水浸湿,蒸热后将其放在腰椎间盘突出的部位,2次/d,每次20 min,连续治疗3周,对比2组疗效、治疗前后症状积分。结果对照组总有效率为71.11%,观察组总有效率为91.11%,观察组与对照组相比总有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后直腿抬高试验、压痛、疼痛麻木积分及总积分分别为(12.42±4.25)分、(12.56±2.36)分、(14.56±1.45)分、(72.15±9.69)分,观察组治疗后直腿抬高试验、压痛、疼痛麻木积分及总积分分别为(16.98±4.25)分、(16.98±2.15)分、(18.69±1.96)分、(84.56±7.12)分,2组治疗后与治疗前相比直腿抬高试验、压痛、疼痛麻木积分及总积分均升高,观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比上述评分升高更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医正骨联合消痛散药袋治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果显著,能够改善症状积分。
Objective To explore and analyze clinical effect of bonesetting of TCM combined with Removing pain powder bag on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 90 cases of lumbar disc herniation were selected from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group,the control group was given TCM bonesetting treatment,treated once every 2 days,for continuously 10 days.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Removing pain powder bag,soaked with water,then placed it in the place of lumbar disc herniation after steaming,2 times a day,20 min every time,the curative effect and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 71.11%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.After treatment the control group of straight leg raising test,tenderness,pain and numbness score and total score were（12.42±4.25）,（12.56±2.36）,（14.56±1.45）,（72.15±9.69）,observation group of these scores were（16.98±4.25）,（16.98±2.15）,（18.69±1.96）,（84.56±7.12）,compared with before treatment,the straight leg raising test,tenderness,pain and numbness score and total score were increased in two groups after treatment,the observation group compared with the control group after treatment,the score increased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical effect of bonesetting of TCM combined with Removing pain powder bag on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is distinct,and it can improve symptom scores.
