猪场胸膜肺炎放线杆菌分离鉴定、血清型鉴定及药敏试验 被引量:5

Isolation and identification,serotyping and drug sensitive test of porcine Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae

摘要 为了确定湖北某养猪场育肥猪急性死亡的原因,采用细菌分离培养与镜检、PCR鉴定与分型等方法,并进一步对分离菌株进行了药物敏感性分析和致病性研究,利用病理组织切片技术观察病变。结果表明:分离菌株为猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌血清5型,对昆明小鼠具有较强的致病性,能导致小鼠呼吸困难和死亡;药物敏感性分析显示病原菌对头孢噻肟、头孢噻呋、头孢拉定、头孢曲松、氟苯尼考等药物高度敏感。 To determine the cause of acute death in fattening swines at an industrial pig farm in Hubei Province, the pathogen was identified by isolating and culture, microscopic examination, PCR assay and bacterium classification methods. Furthermore, the drug sensitive test and path- ogenicity test were carried out on isolated bacterium. Results indicated that the pathogenic bacteria was APP seruvar 5, which has strong patho- genicity to Kunming mice and can cause dyspnea and death in mice. Drug sensitivity analysis showed that the pathogen is highly sensitive to ce- fotaxime, ceftiofur, cephradine, cefatriaxone, florfenicol and other drugs..
