摘要
介绍了碳纳米管、碳纳米纤维、有机黏土等在多尺度碳纤维复合材料中的研究进展,并对制备方法、成型工艺及性能的研究进行了综述。研究进展表明,纳米材料能够提高传统碳纤维复合材料的力学性能,特别是层间力学性能,并提高耐疲劳、耐湿热老化以及阻隔等性能;引入纳米材料构造纳米材料/碳纤维/环氧树脂多尺度复合材料的研究和应用受到广泛关注。
This article introduces the research progress of the application of nanomaterials, including carbon nanotubes, carbon nanofibers and organoclays in hierarchical carbon fiber/epoxy composites. The preparation, processing technology and properties of the hierarchical composites are reviewed. Present research has demonstrated that the nanomaterials can improve the mechanical properties of conventional composites, especially the interlayer shear strength, fatigue resistance, hot-humidity aging resistance and barrier property. Therefore, the study and application of hierarchical carbon fiber/epoxy composites have attracted great research interests.
