南方典型区域水稻镉富集系数差异影响因素探析 被引量:16

摘要 该研究通过自采样分析及综合其他人员研究结果分析了我国南方典型稻米产区水稻吸收镉差异性。方差分析结果表明我国南方稻米产区稻米镉富集系数差异显著且可划分为高吸收(富集系数平均值及标准差为(0.96±0.73)、中高吸收(0.64±0.59)、中低吸收(0.29±0.22)及低吸收(0.26±0.30)4种类型,在19个研究区内中及中低吸收型(富集系数介于0.2~0.3)是4种类型中最常见的。对土壤p H、有机质含量、质地、土壤类型、土壤镉含量、土壤Zn/Cd等影响稻米镉富集系数的因素进行了探讨,结果表明,土壤p H对稻米镉富集系数影响最大且符合韦布尔非线性方程模型。土壤有机质影响明显较p H低,土壤质地在土壤酸性条件下对稻米镉富集系数的影响要大于碱性条件,土壤Zn/Cd比对稻米镉富集系数影响也比较突出,在高Zn/Cd比的土壤中稻米镉富集系数一般较低,而土壤类型、土壤镉含量对稻米镉富集系数的影响存在较大的地域差异性。 The difference of rice cadmium uptake factor(UF) in different districts in South China was studied. One-way ANOVA showed there were significant differences in the UF and that can be categorized in 4 types :high(with the means and SD of UF as(0.96 ±0.73),middle-high(0.64 ±0.59),middle-low(0.29 ±0.22) and low uptake type(0.26 ±0.30). The middle-low and low UF(with the mean value of UF ranged between 0.2 and 0.3) were the most common in 19 research districts. Soil p H,organic matter(SOM),texture,type,cadmium contents and the ratio of zinc to cadmium(Zn/Cd) were studied to discover the causes of the difference of the rice cadmium UF. The results showed that soil p H was the most important factor that affect the UF of rice cadmium and the Weibull models can be used to illustrate the relationship between the soil p H and the UF. The influence of the SOM to UF was weaker than that of the soil p H. The soil texture had more influence to the UF in acid soil than in alkaline soils. The Zn/Cd ratio of soil was also an important factor affecting the uptake of cadmium by rice. High Zn/Cd ratio of soil tended to reduce significantly the uptake of soil cadmium by rice. There were different manifestations of the affection of the soil type and the soil cadmium contents to the UF in different research districts.
