摘要
面对目前设备监理行业状况,提出设备制造阶段监理标准化管理的必要性。分析了目前设备制造阶段监理工作的主要内容和设备监理的定位,通过自身对设备监理标准化的实践,论述了设备监理标准化管理的方法,并介绍了其标准化管理的成果。
This paper explains the necessity of standardized supervision over equipment manufacturing at current situation. The author analyzed the orientation of plant engineering consulting work and its main content at the manufacturing stage. Through his experience, the author discoursed upon the method and result of standardized supervision.
