摘要
某热轧板带生产线上使用的卷取机卷筒芯轴勾头在生产过程中突然断裂,通过对卷筒使用过程中芯轴勾头进行受力分析,找出断裂主要原因,并采取了对应的对策,取得了明显的效果,确保卷筒正常运行。
Reel mandrel hook head was broken in the recoiling machine for hot - rolled strip production line suddenly, the force of hook head for reel mandrel is analyzed to find out the main reasons for the fracture, which they were working on, also the appropriate are discussed. The results show that improvement has great success so that normal operation in recoiling machine was ensured.
