摘要
在人民军队现代化建设的进程中,朱德提出了军队现代化建设的战略目标、坚持从政治思想上建军确保人民军队现代化建设的正确方向、人和武器装备在现代化建设中的地位作用等一系列重要思想。朱德人民军队现代化建设思想对新形势下推进强军实践具有重要的时代价值。
In the process of modernizing construction of the people＇ s army, Zhu De proposed a series of thoughts in- cluding the strategy goal of modernizing construction of the people＇ s army,insisting that the political and ideological construction of the army keep the right direction of modernizing construction of the people＇ s army, and emphasizing the important role and function of servicemen and arms in the modernizing construction of the people＇ s army. Zhu De＇ s thoughts on modernizing construction of the people＇ s army are of great contemporary value in promoting the practice of strengthening the army in the new situation.
