摘要
微商,作为一种新的电子商务模式,一定程度解决了就业问题,推动了我国社会经济的发展。但其便利了人们的工作和生活的同时,也给人们带来了诸如消费者权益受到侵犯的各种问题。在微商交易模式下保障消费者权益需要建立和完善监督制度以及第三方支付平台,将微商交易纳入现有法律范围之内予以规制。
Micro business,as a new model of e-commerce,helps to solve the employment to some extent and promotes the development of China's economic and social development. Yet,while facilitating people's life and work,it also brings about problems of various infringement of the rights and interests of consumers. To deal with the problems in micro business transaction,it is necessary to set up and improve supervision and the third party payment platform,to include the micro business transaction into the curnent legislation and regulate it.
