摘要
新时期医学研究生社会实践活动已经成为医学研究生党建工作的一个重要阵地。本文通过阐释医学研究生社会实践和医学研究生党建工作的内涵和特点,并结合自身工作经验,深入分析医学研究生社会实践与党建工作融合现状、存在的问题等,最后提出建立长期稳定的社会实践基地,在开展社会实践过程中融入党的思想政治教育和医德医风建设,进而深化医学生社会实践活动的思想政治教育成效,拓宽医学研究生党建工作思路,创新医学研究生党建工作途径。
In the new period, the social practice of medical graduate students has become an important position in the party building work. In this paper, the connotation and characteristics are expounded between the medical graduate students＇ social practice and the party building work and combined with the writer＇ s own work experience, the fusion status and existing problems are deeply analyzed between the social practice and the work of Party building. Finally it＇ s put forward that establishing long-term stable social practice base, and it is integrated into the process of social practice that the party＇s ideological politics education and medical ethics construction. The function of ideological and political education was deepened in the medical students＇ social practice, the thinking of the party building work for the medical graduate students was broadened, and the Party building of the medical graduate work was innovated.
