摘要
以褐煤蜡酸和氢氧化钠为原料,石油醚为溶剂,费托蜡钠离聚物为催化剂,合成褐煤蜡酸钠。考察了工艺条件对褐煤蜡酸钠合成的影响。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、示差扫描量热法(DSC)和元素分析对目标产物进行表征。结果表明,在氢氧化钠和褐煤蜡酸用量固定的情况,石油醚、反应原料、催化剂质量之比为6:1:0.02,反应温度为130℃,反应时间4 h合成出了浅色、酸值合格的产物,表征结果证明其为目标产物。
Sodium soap of montanic acid was synthesized by montan wax acid and sodium hydroxide as raw material,petroleum ether as solvent, sodium ionomer of Fischer Tropsch wax as catalyst~ The influence of technological conditions on the synthesis of sodium soap of montanic acid was investigated. The target prod- ucts were characterized by infrared spectroscopy( FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)and elemental analysis. The results showed that the light color and acid value of qualified product are synthesized by fixed sodium hydroxide and montan wax acid dosage, petroleum ether: raw materials: catalyst (weight)ratio of 6: 1:0. 02, reaction temperature 130℃,reaction time 2. 5 h ;The characterization results showed that it is the target product.
