摘要
2022年北京冬奥会,张家口市承担着奥运场馆、基础配套设施以及服务保障设施等大量建设任务,需要大量的资金投入,按要求建设完成奥运场馆和基本配套设施,就必须高度重视建设资金的筹措及赛后场馆的运营研究,特别是要吸引和激发民间资本投资的积极性,从而保证2022年冬季奥运会成功举办及赛后经济社会效益的充分发挥.
Before 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,there are a large number of construction tasks in Zhangjiakou city,such as the congstruction of Olympic venues,infrastructure facilities and service,which requires a lot of money.In order to complete the the construction of Olympic venues and basic supporting facilities,it is necessary to attach great importance to the finance of construction and the operation of the post-match venues,especially attract and stimulate the enthusiasm of private capital investment,thus ensuring that the 2022 Winter Olympic Games can be successfully held and the economic and social benefits after the games can be given full play.
