摘要
研发与开发(Research and Development,R&D)是科技创新的主要源泉,而融资约束和财政补贴是影响企业R&D投资的两个重要因素。从融资约束的产生原因及对企业R&D投资的影响,财政补贴对企业R&D投资的补贴效果及影响补贴效果的因素以及二者共同对企业R&D投资的影响等三个方面,对近年来该领域的相关文献进行归纳梳理并做评述,以期给未来的研究提供借鉴。
Research and development(R&D)is the main source of scientific and technological innovation while financing constraints and financial subsidies are the two important factors affecting research R&D investments.Based on the reasons for the generation of financing constraints and their impact on enterprise R&D investments,the paper summarizes and reviews relevant articles in the field in recent years from the three aspects of financial subsidies′effect on enterprise R&D investments,factors affecting subsidy effect,and their joint impacts on enterprise R&D investments,with the purpose being to offer some enlightenments to the future study.
