摘要 针对国家电网电容器招投标所采用的区间平均下浮双边曲线算法进行研究。首先,将该算法数学化,并得出在已知其他公司报价情况下的最优报价,定义其为理想报价0x。但是其他公司的报价不能提前得知,只能预测,而预测理想报价与实际理想报价之间存在着不可避免的误差。为了减小该误差对报价得分的影响,进一步分析了减分速率指数m,n对报价的影响,定义了理想水平等新的概念,得出修正后的理想报价*0x。最后,以实际数据进行验证,证实了结果的正确性。 This paper studies the biding strategy based on the algorithm of interval average down bilateral curve in the National Power Grid of the capacitor bid. First, this algorithm is mathematical, and the best quotation in the case of a known company is obtained, which is defined as the ideal quotation x0 . But quotations from other companies cannot be informed in advance, only can be predicted. However, there is an inevitable error between the predictable ideal quotation and the actual ideal quotation. In order to reduce the effect of this error on the quotation score, the influence of the subtraction rate index m,n to the quotation is further analyzed. The new concepts, such as the ideal level, are defined. And the revised ideal quotation x0^* is obtained. Finally, the correctness of the result is verified by the actual data.
