摘要
采用DEA模型和ESDA分析方法对2006-2015年河南省18个地市的创新效率及时空变化特征进行分析。结果发现:1)2006-2010年河南省创新综合效率相对偏低,规模效率对综合效率的影响大于技术效率,表明河南省创新投入能力存在较大提升空间;2)与豫中、豫东、豫北、豫西相比,豫南地区创新综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率最高;3)2006-2015年综合效率没有变化,规模效率呈微弱上升趋势,技术效率和生产效率均呈下降趋势,其中豫南地区下降最为明显,其次是豫东和豫北;4)2006-2015年,技术进步变化和全要素生产率变化整体呈下降趋势。
DEA model and ESDA analysis are used to analyze the innovation efficiency and spatial-temporal change characteristics of 18 cities in Henan Province from 2006 to 2015. The results show that: 1) From 2006 to2010, Henan Province's innovation comprehensive efficiency is relatively low, and the effect of scale efficiency on comprehensive efficiency is greater than that of technical efficiency, which indicates that there is a large room for improvement in innovation input capacity of Henan Province. 2) Compared with the centre, the east, the north and the west of Henan, the innovation comprehensive efficiency, pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency of southern Henan region are the highest. 3) The comprehensive efficiency during 2006-2015 has not changed, the scale efficiency has been in a weak upward trend, while the technical efficiency and production efficiency are both declining,among which the decline is most obvious in the southern Henan Province, followed by the eastern Henan and the northern Henan. 4) In 2006-2015, the changes of technological progress and total factor productivity show a downward trend.
