摘要
为研究拉萨白鸡蛋重对种蛋孵化效果的影响,在相同孵化条件下,选用3世代47周龄拉萨白鸡种蛋,按蛋重分组进行孵化。结果表明,种蛋在整个孵化期都处于稳定失重过程,蛋重越大,失重越大;蛋重对种蛋受精率和早期胚胎死亡率无显著影响(P>0.05);孵化至第11天时,Ⅴ组的胚胎失重和失重率最大,分别为(4.11±0.71)g、(6.73±1.67)%;孵化至第20天时,Ⅴ组的胚胎失重最大,为(7.81±1.27)g,Ⅳ组的胚胎失重率最大,为(13.08±2.59)%;蛋重在>60.0 g时,入孵蛋孵化率和受精蛋孵化率均最高,分别为85.19%和86.79%;不同组别的第11日胚龄蛋重、第20日胚龄蛋重都表现出极显著差异(P<0.01);雏鸡的初生重随蛋重的增加而显著增大,呈强显著正相关(r=0.94)且差异极显著(P<0.01);不同组别的雏鸡初生重表现出极显著差异(P<0.01)。
In order to assess the effect of egg weight on incubation of hatching eggs of Lhasa white chicken, hatching eggs of the third generation Lhasa white chickens 47 weeks of age were selected. The eggs were allocated to different groups based on weight and were incubated under the same condition. The results showed that the hatching eggs presented a stable weightlessness process during the whole incubation period, and the weightlessness of the eggs were increased with the increasement of egg weight; no significant effects of egg weight on fertility rate and early embryo mortality of hatching eggs(P>0.05) were observed; at the 11 th day of incubation, the highest embryo weightlessness [(4.11±0.71) g] and embryo weightlessness rate [(6.73±1.67) %] were both observed in Ⅴ group; at the 20 th day of incubation, the highest embryo weightlessness [(7.81 ±1.27) g] and embryo weightlessness rate [(13.08±2.59) %] were observed inⅤgroup and Ⅳgroup, respectively; the highest hatchability was observed in hatching eggs(85.19%) and fertilized eggs(86.79%) whose weight was above 60.0 g; there were significant differences in egg weight at 11 and 20 days of embryonic age between different groups(P<0.01); the birth weight of the chickens was significantly increased with the increasement of egg weight, showing a strongly positive correlation(r=0.94, P<0.01); there were significant differences in birth weight of the chickens between different groups(P<0.01).
