摘要
文章基于网络嵌入性和组织学习理论,构建了产业集群知识网络多维嵌入性、企业双元学习能力与创新绩效之间相互关系的结构方程模型,对福建省3个产业集群为样本的问卷调查数据进行实证分析,探究其中的作用机制。研究结果表明:产业集群知识网络多维嵌入性正向影响创新绩效,不同的学习能力在多维嵌入性与创新绩效的中介效应有差异;其中,探索式学习在结构嵌入和知识嵌入与创新绩效作用过程中起完全中介作用,利用式学习在关系嵌入和知识嵌入与创新绩效作用过程中起完全中介作用。因此,集群企业应当注重对知识网络嵌入状态和组织学习能力的双向动态调整,提高其创新绩效。
Based on network embeddedness and organizational learning theory, this paper constructs a structural equation model of the re-lations among industrial cluster knowledge network multidimensional embeddedness, corporate ambidextrous learning ability and innova-tion performance. The paper makes an empirical analysis of questionnaire survey data from 3 industrial clusters in Fujian province to ex-plore its action mechanism. The study results show that the multidimensional embeddedness of industrial cluster knowledge network has apositive impact on innovation performance, and the moderating effects of different learning ability on multidimensional embeddedness andinnovation performance are different. Among them, explorative learning plays a full mediating role in the relationship between structuralembeddedness, knowledge embeddedness and innovation performance, and exploitative learning plays a full mediating role in the relation-ship between relational embeddedness, knowledge embeddedness and innovation performance. Therefore, cluster enterprises should attachimportance to the two-way dynamic adjustment of knowledge network embedded state and organizational learning ability, in order to im-prove innovation performance.
