摘要
对含胶粉水泥石的干燥收缩变化规律进行了研究。测试结果表明,在为期1年的测试龄期内,水泥石的干燥收缩率逐渐增加,同时随着胶粉掺量的增加而增大。抑制含胶粉水泥石干缩的研究结果表明,在前期缺乏水养护的条件下,膨胀剂对干燥收缩变形有一定效果,但是不明显;采用促强减缩剂能够有效降低含胶粉水泥石的干燥收缩变形,并且大幅度延缓干缩变形的速率。
In this paper, the change rule of drying shrinkage deformation of hardened cement paste with the content of redispersible emulsion powder is studied. The test results indicate that the drying shrinkage deformation of cement increases with the increase of redispersible emulsion powder in a year. In additional, the method of reducing the drying shrinkage of hardened cement paste with the content of redispersible emulsion powder is also researched. It is found by the study that the restraining effect of drying shrinkage deformation of hardened cement paste with the content of reinforcing drying shrinkage reducing agent is more effective than with the content of expansion agent.
