摘要
目的:探讨针对性护理在小儿手足口病治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取某院收治的71例手足口病患儿作为研究对象,将其根据入院顺序奇偶性随机分为常规护理组和针对性护理组,对比观察两组患儿的护理效果。结果:两组患儿退热时间、疱疹结痂时间对比无显著性差异(P>0.05),但是针对性护理组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);常规护理组护理满意度为74.3%,针对性护理组护理满意度为97.2%,两组数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理在小儿手足口病治疗中的应用价值高,值得推广。
Objective： To explore the value of targeted nursing in the treatment of children with HFMD. Methods： 71 cases of children with hand, foot and mouth disease in a hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into routine nursing group and targeted groups according to admission oruer to compare the nursing effect of two groups of children. Results： There was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）, but the length of hospitalization was significantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of routine nursing group was 74.3% , and the nursing satisfaction of the targeted nursing group was 97.2%. The comparison between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of targeted nursing in the treatment of HFMD is worth promoting.
