摘要
为降低紫金山充填成本,利用矿山废渣制备的新型胶凝材料开展尾砂充填试验。结果表明:分级后的尾砂级配更好,有利于尾砂充填。与水泥尾砂充填结果比较,新型胶固料尾砂充填试块抗压强度明显优于水泥充填试块,28 d抗压强度最高可达水泥的2.4倍。在同等条件下,新型胶固料的充填试块沉缩率(1.62%)小于水泥充填试块沉缩率(5.3%),且新型胶固料与水泥充填料浆的坍落度相近。若采用新型胶固料充填,可选用分级尾砂、矿浆质量分数在74%~76%进行自流充填。
The filling test of new cementitious material prepared by mine waste was investigated in order to reduce filling cost. The particle size analysis of filling tails reveals that gradation of classified tails is helpful for filling. Compared with 32.5 R cement material, the new cementitious material is of higher filling strength, the 28 d strength of new cementitious filling body is up to 2.4 times than cement filling body at the same age and condition. And the setting ratio of new cementitious filling body is only 1.62%, less than that of cement filling body(5.3%). In addition, the slump of new cementitious filling body are similar to cement filling body. When controlling the slurry concentration from 74% to 76%, and using new cementitious filling material and classified tails, the filling body can achieve self-flowing transportation.
