摘要
长距离有压输水管道易发生水柱分离并造成水锤危害,尤其以高扬程多起伏管道水锤防护难度最大,发生水锤的可能性最高。根据长距离高扬程输水管道系统的特点,运用水锤理论和特征线法,并结合北方某供水工程实例,采用阀门拒动作、缓闭式止回阀、空气阀等防护措施,模拟分析事故停泵管线水锤防护效果,最终确定最优水锤防护方案。结果表明,在泵出口安装缓闭式蝶阀,在管线局部高点处设空气阀,水锤防护效果最好。
The phenomenon of water column fracture may occur easily and cause the water hammer in closed long distance water transmission pipeline, especially in high lift, hilly pipeline. According to the characteristics of high lift, hilly and long distance water transmission pipeline system, the water hammer protection effect of valve stop motion, slow closing check valve and air valve were simulated and analyzed using the water hammer theory and characteristic line method combined with a water supply project in North China. The results show that the optimum water hammer protection plan is determined by installing the slow closing butterfly valve at the pump outlet and setting up the air valve at the local high point of the pipeline.
