紫外线对鼠疫菌杀菌效果观察

摘要 目的探索不同时间段的紫外线照射对鼠疫菌的杀菌效果,寻找紫外线杀灭鼠疫菌的最佳有效时间。方法将28℃24 h鼠疫菌培养物和用其培养物稀释比浊成1×10~4/ml鼠疫菌悬液,接种于赫氏溶血培养基上,对照组37℃24 h培养,实验组分别经过10 min、20 min、30 min的紫外线垂直照射后37℃24 h培养,观察鼠疫菌生长情况。结果通过实验观察发现,10 min、20 min和30 min 3个不同作用时间段的紫外线照射对鼠疫菌的杀菌效果不同,紫外线照射10 min和20 min不能完全杀灭鼠疫菌,有少量鼠疫菌落生长;紫外线照射30 min无鼠疫菌落生长。结论随着紫外线对鼠疫菌照射时间的延长,鼠疫菌的存活率也逐渐降低,紫外线对鼠疫菌的最佳有效作用时间为30 min。 Objective To explore the different time of the ultraviolet radiation on the killing effect of Yersinia pestis, looking for the best time to kill Yersinia pestis. Methods The rabbits were incubated on birsch's hemolytic medium at 28 ℃ for 24 h and cultured with the culture medium. The control group was incubated at 37 ℃ for 24 h. The experimental group was treated with 10 min, 20 min and 30 min after UV irradiation at 37 ℃ for 24 h to observe the growth of Yersinia pestis. Results The results showed that the bacteriostasis of Yersinia pestis was different at 10 min, 20 min and 30 min, and the larvae of plague were not completely killed by ultraviolet irradiation for 10 min and 20 min. Ultraviolet radiation for 30 rain without plague colony growth. Conclusion With the prolongation of the time of exposure to Yersinia pestis, the survival rate of Yersinia pestis decreased gradually, and the best effective time of Yersinia pestis was 30 min.
