摘要 基于物联网技术,设计了省级计量中心全性能试验智能化管控系统。该系统以射频电子标签为信息媒介,以数控智能存储设备为管理工具,以移动图像采集技术和设备远程通讯控制技术为专业计量质检试验手段,实现了质检全性能业务高效管理、试验过程结果可追溯、试验信息记录完整、试验结论公平公正的管理目标。并与省级计量中心生产调度平台[1]实现功能对接,为规范开展电能计量器具的质检全性能业务管理提供依据和经验。 Based on the Internet of things technology,the whole performance test intelligent control system of provincial metering center was designed. The system took radio frequency electronic label as the information medium,and took the numerical control intelligent storage equipment as the management tool,took mobile image acquisition technology and equipment remote communication control technology as professional measure,quality control test means. It achieved the management of the whole performance of the quality inspection,the efficient management of the business process,the traceability of the test results,the integrity of the test information and the fair and just conclusion of the test results. It achieved functional docking with the provincial metering center production scheduling platform and provided the basis and experience for standardizing the whole performance management of the electric energy measuring instruments.
