摘要
针对海流发电功率波动的问题,研究了基于超级电容和蓄电池组成的混合储能系统的能量管理系统。并将一阶低通滤波的控制策略应用于其中来计算平滑的目标功率,同时将波动功率的高频部分和低频部分分别分配给超级电容和蓄电池。以DSP28335为核心控制器搭建了小功率的实验平台验证了该方法的有效性。
Aiming at the question of the variations of marine current power,a low power energy management system( EMS)with battery and ultra-capacitor( UC) is studiecl. And a control algorithm based on first-order low pass filter is applied to calculate the reference power,and compensate power fluctuations by each energy unit. Then an experiment platform based on DSP28335 controller is built to verity the efficiency of this method.
