摘要
苯乙烯生产装置发生的堵塞现象多由苯乙烯聚合物造成,而苯乙烯发生聚合的原因比较复杂。本文以天津大沽化工股份有限公司50万t/a苯乙烯生产装置为例,分析了苯乙烯在脱氢工序中易形成聚合物的原因以及应对措施。提出了废气压缩机和空冷器等部位防止聚合堵塞的措施。
The blockage in the styrene production unit is mostly caused by styrene polymers, and reasons for the formation of styrene polymers are complicated. In this paper, taking 0.5 Mt/a styrene production plant of Tianjin Dagu Chemical Co.,Ltd. as an example, reasons for the formation of polymer in dehydrogenation process of styrene were analyzed, and the countermeasures were put forward.
