摘要
建设学生宿舍文化有助于发挥高校思想政治教育的育人功能,有助于实现高校思想政治教育资源的载体功能。学生宿舍文化是高校思想政治教育的重要资源之一。目前,部分高校教育工作者在依托学生宿舍文化要素开发高校思想政治教育资源时,存有一些思想认识的误区,本文先解构学生宿舍文化的要素,剖析其与高校思想政治教育资源的相同属性,然后探讨在建设学生宿舍文化的过程中需遵循的原则,最后提出通过突出宿舍文化理念、优化宿舍物质环境、搭建文化宣传平台、加强组织管理等实现高校思想政治资源开发的纵深拓展。
The culture of university residence halls,which functions as the carrier of the ideological and political education,is one of its resources. However,analyzing this culture,we can find that some educators lack this resource？ consciousness,preventing this culture from unleashing its function of the ideological and political education. So,we should deconstruct the cultural factors of the culture of university residence halls,and analyze the common nature between the culture of university residence halls and the ideological and political education,in order to realize the expanding of the ideological and political education resources.
