摘要
空调压缩机启动一般需要转子定位和开环拖动过程,高频注入法虽可实现零速与低速段的压缩机转子位置估计,但通常会伴随电磁噪音与功率损耗。本文提出了一种闭环零速启动方法,可以全过程位置闭环启动且大幅降低电磁噪音。实验结果表明,压缩机启动电流幅值明显降低,可降低启动能耗。
Stages of rotor orientation and open-loop drive are needed in the traditional start up methods of air conditioner compressor. High frequency signal injection method can be used to estimate the rotor position at zero or low speed. However, the method is always accompanied with obvious electromagnetic noise and power toss. A novel closed-loop zero-speed start up method has been proposed to overcome these problems. Compressors can start up in closed loop in full stages with this method, while electromagnetic noise reduction is obviously. Result of experiment shows that lower current and less power loss is in the start-up stage with this novel method.
