输电线路钢管塔底法兰受力特性及连接刚度分析 被引量:2

摘要 输电线路钢管塔中钢管在底法兰连接处存在刚度削弱现象,而现行相关规范底法兰节点的设计基于强度理论,并未考虑节点的连接刚度。通过25组刚性底法兰的轴拉受力分析,研究底法兰的受力特性和连接刚度,考查底法兰板厚度、内外边距、加劲肋厚度和高度以及螺栓规格和数量对底法兰受力特性和连接刚度的影响规律。研究结果表明:在一定范围内,增加法兰板厚、内边距、加劲肋厚度和高度可以有效地提高底法兰的抗弯刚度;超出此范围,法兰板厚的变化对抗弯刚度影响不大;低于此范围时,法兰板厚的减小会较大程度地降低其抗弯刚度;外边距对抗弯刚度的影响较小。 In transmission line steel-tube tower,there is a certain reduction of rigidity at the joint of flange.The design of bottom flange is based on strength theory without consideration of connection rigidity.By the finite element analysis of 25 groups of models of bottom flange supported on nuts,the effects of different parameters on mechaincal characteristics and connection rigidity of bottom flange were analyzed,including flange thickness,inner and outer edge distance,height,and thickness of stiffener,and bolt arrangement.The finite element analysis results showed that within certain range,the flexural rigidity of bottom flange could be effectively improved by the increase of flange thickness,inner edge distance,stiffener height,or stiffener thickness;above the range,the change of flange thickness had little influence on flexural rigidity;below the range,the decrease of flange thickness would greatly reduce flexural rigidity;the change of outer edge distance had little influence on flexural rigidity.
