摘要
随着我国信息化建设和教学体制的不断改革,加快了信息技术与教学资源的结合。但是在网络环境下,高职图书馆的管理工作还存在信息资源滞后、管理体系缺乏;服务意识、管理理念比较落后;反馈机制缺失等问题。需要对其进行系统分析,采取构建具有高职特色的图书馆建设,加强馆藏资源的开放力度,加快数字图书馆的发展,引进绩效考核和竞争机制等有效措施,更好地推动高职图书馆管理工作。
The construction of informatization and the reform on teaching system have speeded up the combination of information technolog and teaching resources. Meanwhile, internet has offered more advantages to library management at vocational college, enhancing staff ＇s efficiency and satisfying teachers＇ and students＇ needs. However, under the network environment,there are problems existing in the library management including the backward information resource,the weak management system, the deficient service consciousness, the out-of-date concept and the lack of feedback mechanism. To improve the library management at vocational college depends on systematic analysis, the library construction according to the characteristics of vocational college,opening more library collection to the public, speeding up the development of digital library,introducing effective methods on performance appraisal and competitive mechanism.
