摘要
等速传动轴零部件空心轴扫描式感应加热淬火普遍采用圆圈形感应圈,这种感应圈设计制造简单,成本较低,热处理调试编程简单,但加热能耗比较大,加工节拍比较慢,对热处理要求较高的空心轴热处理调试非常困难。本文依照仿型思路设计制作了葫芦型感应圈,有效解决了单纯的圆圈型感应圈在空心轴这种特殊轴类扫描感应加热淬火上的不足。
Tubular shaft is a part of constant velocity driveshaft,which is usual to be induction hardened by a circle type of scanning coil.Though it is easy to design and make the circle type of scanning coil with low cost,the weakness is higher energy consumption and lower process efficiency,and difficult to adjust in operation,especially,for the hollow shaft with higher technical requirements. Therefore,a gourd-type composite induction coil is designed and fabricated,and an effective solution is found to overcome the short-comings of simple circular type induction coil used for the induction hardening of the special hollow shaft.
