稀土La和退火工艺对高强IF钢组织的影响 被引量:4

Effects of rare earth La and annealing process on microstructure of high strength IF steel

摘要 以Fe-Nb-Ti高强IF钢为研究对象,在实验室制备含稀土La和不含稀土La的两种成分试验冷轧带,在Gleeble-1500型热模拟试验机上对两试验钢进行连续退火试验,研究了稀土La和退火工艺对IF钢组织的影响。结果表明:稀土La的添加阻碍了IF钢的再结晶过程,使再结晶晶粒尺寸更加细小,含La钢再结晶平均晶粒尺寸为8.24μm,不加La钢再结晶平均晶粒尺寸为11.08μm。随退火温度升高和保温时间延长,IF钢再结晶更加充分,更有利于再结晶组织趋于均匀化。 Two kinds of cold rolling strip were prepared with Fe-Nb-Ti high strength IF steel in the laboratory,one contains La and the other without La. The continuous annealing test of two tested steels on Gleeble-1500 model thermal simulator was carried out,and effects of La and annealing process on microstructure of IF steel were investigated. The results show that the addition of rare earth La hinders the recrystallization process of IF steel and makes the recrystallized grain size smaller. The average grain size of the recrystallized steel containing La,or not,is 8. 24 μm and 11. 08 μm,respectively. With the increase of annealing temperature and prolonging of holding time,recrystallization of IF steel is more fully and more favorable to homogenization of recrystallized structure.
