摘要
新型城镇化背景下农村产业劳动力人口转移,必然带来了大量富余劳动力。通过民政机构的专业化社会培训,不仅使农村劳动力人口就业问题得以解决,实现精准扶贫绩效,而且可以在城市养老服务业服务人才短缺的情况下,持续稳定地提供合格的专业化人才支持。
Under the background of new urbanization, the transfer of rural labor force population will inevitably bring a large amount of surplus labor force. Through professional training institutions of civil society, which not only solved the problem of rural labor population, to achieve accurate performance of poverty alleviation, but also a shortage of talent service in the city pension services, continued to provide professional support for qualified personnel.
