摘要 针对鸟山矿井筒突水问题,为满足其井筒软岩加固及水害治理的需求,通过室内实验、现场应用等方法制备四种可控浆液。对外加剂质量分数分别为7.2%、7.0%、5.5%、5.0%,水灰比为0.55∶1的四种可控浆液进行性能及应用研究。实验结果表明:四种浆液在力学性能上基本相同,区别在初凝、软塑、硬塑、终凝的时间;四种浆液初凝态、软塑、硬塑和终凝态的抗压强度相同,分别为8.31、9.47、18.50和157.30 MPa。该浆液可以使工程围岩得到充分的重新胶结,形成环状修复混凝土岩体,有效地改变煤矿井巷工程围岩的物理力学性质,从而保证井巷工程的整体稳定,达到满足正常使用的要求。 This paper is a response to the soft rock reinforcement and water disaster control in the Bird Mountain mine. The study involves preparing four controllable slurries through laboratory experi- ments and field applications ; and investigating the properties and applications of four controllable slurries with volume capacities of 7.2% , 7.0% , 5.5% , 5.0% , and water cement ratio of 0.55: 1. The results show that four kinds of slurry have basically the same mechanical properties, with the differences found in the initial setting, soft plastic, hard plastic, the final setting time; the same compressive strength is found in initial setting, soft plastic, hard plastic , and final setting ( 8.31,9.47, 18.50 and 157.30 MPa, re- spectively). With the ability to give rock a fully reformed cementation to repair concrete rock mass using slurry could provide an effective change in physical and mechanical behavior in the surrounding rock of roadway engineering in coal mine so as to ensure the overall stability of roadway construction and fulfil the requirements of normal use.
