摘要
在国家的基础建设中,公路工程的建设成为了国家发展的重要组成部分,公路工程施工竞争日益激烈,工程标价越压越低,逐渐接近工程成本价。为此,公路工程施工必须增强成本管理和控制意识,切实加强成本和各项施工费用的管理。论文介绍了公路工程施工成本的分类,分析在公路工程中,成本管理所遇到的问题,并提出相应的成本管理和控制的方法,以供参考。
In the country＇s infrastructure construction, the construction of highway engineering has become an important part of the national development. The construction of highway engineering is becoming more and more competitive. The price of the project is lower and lower, and gradually close to the cost of the project. Therefore, highway engineering construction must strengthen the cost management and control consciousness, and strengthen the management of cost and construction cost. This paper introduces the classification of highway construction cost, analyzes the problems encountered in the cost management of highway engineering, and puts forward the corresponding cost management and control methods, for reference.
