摘要
工程项目管理是一项系统性工程,实行工程项目管理与工程分包管理的主要目的是提高工程的质量,确保项目运行受控和安全高效地建成,达到工程实现效益最大化的目的。论文从工程项目管理系统设计以及工程分包管理的改善措施两个方面进行了具体的阐述。
Project management is a system engineering, the main purpose of the realizing project management and engineering subcontract management is to improve the quality of the project, to ensure that the project is running safely and efficiently controlled and built to maximize the benefit of the project. The thesis expounds the two aspects of the project management system design and the improvement measures of the subcontract management.
