摘要
近年来,在湖北省科技厅的推动下,全省技术转移中介机构如雨后春笋般茁壮成长,但同时也反映出各技术转移机构一味迎合政府的需求,忽视了自身的建设与发展,仅依靠旧有的盈利模式,不愿再去探索、研究新的可持续的盈利和运营模式等问题,通过对德国史太白技术转移中心运营模式的分析、研究,有助于我省技术转移机构健康、可持续发展。
In recent years,under the impetus of the Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province,technology transfer agencies have sprung up.But there are also some problems.Some agencies just cater to the needs of the government,while ignoring their independent development.They rely on the old operation mode,unwilling to explore new mode for sustainable profitability and operation.The analysis and research on the operation mode of German Taibai technology transfer center can contribute to the healthy and sustainable development of technology transfer agencies in Hubei province.
