摘要
创新创业教育作为我国高校人才培养的关键一环,从试点到全面铺开已有十多年历史,并取得一定成效,但至今仍存在教育体系不够健全、师资队伍薄弱、实践环节缺失等问题。当前,在"大众创业、万众创新"形势下,高校加强创新创业教育适应高等教育改革发展的必需,高校应根据办学定位和办学特色,在人才培养全过程贯穿创新创业教育,整合课程结构,改善师资队伍,营造创业氛围,推动创新创业教育运行机制,为大学生创新创业提供更高更广的实践平台,在促进高校就业质量提高的同时,促进高校自身的内涵发展、转型发展。
As a key factor of China＇s talent cultivation in university, creative and entrepreneurship education, from its beginning as a pilot project to its practice in full swing, has a history of over a decade.Though achieved some successful results, several problems remain, such as, inadequate education system,scarce teaching staff, and lack of practice. Under the current situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, universities need to strengthen their creative and entrepreneurship education to adapt themselves to the reform of higher education. In the light of their respective school-running orientation and characteristics, universities should run creative and entrepreneurship education through their process of talent cultivation, integrate the structure of the curriculum, improve the quantity and quality of the teaching staff, create a friendly entrepreneurial atmosphere, and boost the operating mechanism of creative and entrepreneurship education, in order to proffer a higher and broader platform for the creative and entrepreneurial activities of university students, which will not only enhance the quality of employment in universities but also will advance their connotation and transformation development.
