摘要
目的:探讨中药饮片经不同炮制方法后的功效与安全性以及临床应用价值。方法:选取2015年6月至2017年6月在我院使用中药饮片的患者120例进行研究,按照抽签方式将所有患者分为2组,观察组60例采用经过炮制的中药饮片治疗,对照组60例予以普通中药治疗,试验结束后,分析比较2组患者的临床效果以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者临床效果相对于对照组较高(P<0.05),不良反应发生率相对于对照组较低(P<0.05)。结论:采用经过不同炮制方法炮制的中药饮片治疗疾病可使得药效得以有效发挥,且安全性较高,不良反应较少,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal pieces processed by differentmethods. Methods： 120 cases treated with Chinese herbal pieces in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups： 60 cases in observation group were treated with processed Chinese herbal pieces while 60 cases in control group were given ordinary Chinese medicine treatment. After the end of the experiment, the incidence of adverse reactions andclinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results： The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Processing Chinese herbal pieces by different methods can effectively exert the efficacy of drugs wiless adverse reactions. It is of high clinical application value.
