摘要 针对化工企业强腐性液体原材料小口径、低流速多管道输送系统对高精度密度检测的需求,提出一种结合无线网络的超声波时差法密度测量方法。系统采用CC2530芯片为控制核心,组成ZigBee无线网络,终端利用高精度时差测量芯片TDC-GP2实现传输时差的准确测量,网关设备接收终端测量数据,并上传给工控机平台。测试表明:系统可以实现液体密度多通道长时间的连续稳定高精度测量,误差小于0.5%。 Aiming at the need of high precision density detection for small diameter and low velocity multi-pipe conveying system of chemical raw materials for chemical enterprises,a method of ultrasonic time difference density measurement based on wireless network was proposed. The system used the CC2530 chip as the control core to form the ZigBee wireless network. The terminal used the high precision time difference measurement chip TDC-GP2 to realize the accurate measurement of the transmission time difference. The gateway device received the terminal measurement data and uploaded it to the industrial computer platform. The results show that the system can realize the continuous and stable measurement of high density of liquid multi-channel for a long time. The error is less than 0.5%.
