摘要
建筑是城市历史和时代记忆的载体,历史建筑修复的确切意义在于最大程度维护和保留其所蕴含的历史信息的真实性。结合齐齐哈尔市工人文化宫的修复改造工程实践,阐述历史建筑价值判断、修复原则、设计策略和再更新等实践性操作问题,为近现代历史建筑的修复工作提供参考和借鉴。
Architecture is the carrier of urban history and memory of the times. The exact meaning of restoration of historical building lies in the maintenance and preservation of the authenticity of the historical information it contains. Combined with repair and reconstruction engineering practice of Workers＇ Cultural Palace in Qiqihar City, the practical operation problems of value judgments, restoration principles, design strategies and re-updating of historical buildings are expounded, which can provide reference for the restoration of modern historic buildings.
