摘要
目的探讨小剂量吸入糖皮质激素(ICS)对儿童身高和体质量的影响及安全性。方法选取2014年1月—2015年6月宝鸡市妇幼保健院儿童保健科就诊的支气管哮喘患儿共150例作为用药组,根据治疗时间分为6个月、1年、1.5年和2年,对比其用药前和用药后与同龄健康儿童的身高和体质量。结果用药组男性和女性与对照组的身高、体质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后6个月、1年、1.5年和2年中,用药组男性和女性儿童的身高和体质量与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量吸入ICS并不影响支气管哮喘患儿的身高和体质量增长。
Objective Our aim is to investigate the effect of inhalation of low-dose of glucocorticoids on height and weight. Methods Treatment group is composed of patients with bronchial asthma who received low dose of glucocorticoids treatment through inhalation from January 2014 to June 2015 in Baoji Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital. The control group is composed of healthy children. We analyzed height and weight of children in different groups. Results Our results showed that there were no significant differences in height and weight of children between treatment group and control group( P > 0. 05); in different experimental periods including 6 months,1 year,1. 5 years and 2 years,there were no significant differences( P >0. 05). Conclusion Inhalation of low-dose of glucocorticoids does not affect growth of height and weight of children with asthma.
