摘要
目的:比较2010年前后5年精神分裂症患者的用药及受用者态度情况。方法:回顾性分析1 429例精神分裂症患者的临床资料,按住院时间分为组1(2005至2009年)376例和组2(2010至2014年)1 053例,统计两组用药情况,从两组中选取81例患者进行受用者态度调查。结果:组2单一用药率明显少于组1,2APP联用率、3APP及以上联用率均明显大于组1,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组1的主要用药模式是单用氯氮平,组2是喹硫平与奥氮平联用。受用者对喹硫平联合奥氮平的用药模式的接受度明显大于对氯氮平的接受度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上APP的普遍性与现行指南冲突,医学界对是否应该联用尚未有统一而明确的定论,联用后的疗效与可能出现不良反应的变化可作为下一步的研究方向。
Objective： To compare medication statuses and attitudes of patients with schizophrenia 5 years before and after2010. Methods： The clinical data of 1429 cases with schizophrenia were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into group 1（ n= 376,2005-2009 years） and group 2（ n= 1053,2010-2014 years） according to the hospitalization time. The medication statuses of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and 81 selected cases undergone the attitude survey. Results：（ 1） The single drug use rate of the group 2 was significantly lower than that of the group 1,while the rates of the combination of two drugs as well as the combination of three or more drugs were significantly higher than those of group 1,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.（ 2） The main drug of the group 1 was Clozapine,while that of the group 2 was Quetiapine combined with Clozapine. The acceptance of the latter was significantly greater than the former,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions：The popularization of the drug combination is in conflict with the current guidelines and there is no uniform and definite conclusion on whether or not the drug combination should be used in the medical field. However,the changes in the efficacy and possible side effects of the drug combination may be used as the next research direction.
